I had the best stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had an amazing balcony. I couldn't believe how comfortable the bed was. The staff were friendly and professional. They even found my lost cellphone and returned it to me before I even realized it was missing. The location was fantastic, as I could walk or bike to everything I wanted to see in this city.

The location was perfect, right by the Sunset celebration plaza, offering the best sunset view in the entire island. We enjoyed watching the big cruise ships docking in the connecting harbour, which added to the picturesque scene. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that had spa quality linens and robes. The balcony provided a spectacular view of the crystal blue water and Mallory Square. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff members were friendly and professional.
